Introducing Metabolism Boosters Week

If you’re a local, you’ll know that it was the Brighton Marathon this morning (an enormous congratulations to everyone that ran an impressive 10k!) so I thought it a very appropriate day to introduce the theme for the coming week: Metabolism Boosting. For the next week, tap in to my blog to find hints, tips, recipes and solid facts for boosting your metabolism.


Tip – Stay Hydrated

It’s common knowledge now that if you’re exerting yourself physically, remaining hydrated should be your number one priority (take note marathon runners), but you may not all be aware that even if you’re lying around in bed all day (take note normal Sunday-ers) you should be drinking around 3 litres of water per day.
