OK, confession time, I’ve done almost nothing with my day. But that doesn’t mean you should be deprived of your daily dose of Christmas magic from me so I’ve documented a few of the everyday festive bits and bobs I’ve got lying around to give you some last minute inspiration on how to surround yourself with merriment!
I pinned some leftover wrapping paper onto my noticeboard and glued on a few magazine cut-outs, then hung some Christmas decorations up there too. Now it’s ready for my growing collection of cards, I call it the wall of Christmas!
I’m a sucker for a scented candle, and the Yankee Candle Christmas range is just too much. I think my ultimate favourite is Christmas Eve (I’ve ordered some tealights from eBay, they’re on their way) but Christmas Cookie will suffice until they arrive.
How cute are these? The answer is these are the cutest things ever in the world and/or universe. I ordered them from ASOS to get myself up to the price limit for free delivery, best choice ever.
For some reason it had never occurred to me that Christmas fiction was a thing until I saw this book on Amazon, I’m loving it. Time under the duvet reading an indulgent novel with a cuppa in a festive mug is time well spent.
For me, cross stitching is a lovely way to relax in to the Christmas spirit – if you’ve never heard of cross stitch before make sure you stay tuned because I’ve got an extra special post coming very soon to tell you all about it!
What’s your favourite Christmas scented candle? Let me know in the comments!
Don’t forget you can find me on Facebook and Twitter too!
