Tahini Dressing

Is it just me that makes a batch of homemade houmous then ends up wondering what to do with the leftover tahini that sits in the back of the fridge for weeks after? It’s an unknown ingredient to me, I’m yet to experiment with it or even really understand what’s possible with it. Until I get there, I thought it would be pretty banging as part of a dressing. I was right. Give this a go to experience a sesame kick next to your bogstandard lemon, honey and mustard. Great with steamed veg or crunchy greens.

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
juice of 1 lemon

Put all the ingredients in a jam jar, give it a good shake until it resembles a dressing then pour overΒ some healthy goodness.
