Shredded Brown Turkey with Fragrant Quinoa

It’s with a heavy heart that I say it’s time to let go of the stodgy Christmas treats and get back into the swing of an everyday diet, I’d love to spend the rest of my days having a side of double cream with almost everything but unfortunately that’s just not viable. So, if you’ve still got some of that precious brown turkey meat waiting to be used up I have the perfect recipe for you to help you climb (perhaps reluctantly) back onto the healthy wagon. This is a delicious, fresh and zingy meal to wake up your desire to eat well again, I hope you all enjoy it! If you’ve used up all your turkey, this would work just as well with some cooked chicken.
