Autumn Bucket List

I think it’s nice at the start of a new season to put some focus on what you’re doing with the spare minutes of your life. As Ferris Bueller once said, “life moves pretty fast, if you don’t stop and take a look around once in a while, you might miss it”. I’ve made a lot of decisions using the WWFBD (what would Ferris Bueller do) method and it’s served me well enough. So I’ve taken some time to compile a list of everything I’d like to get stuck into during Autumn. I’m avoiding the word “goals” because this list isn’t about freaking me out or replicating an office-like personal development plan, it’s about building up a few things to look forward to over the coming months. Brighton Foodies Festival 2014

I think I may have just been to heaven and back. This Bank Holiday weekend, the Foodies Festival is in town, and I was lucky enough to visit it this afternoon. If you’re looking for a sign to make the most of your free day off tomorrow, this is it. Tickets are still available for tomorrow (Monday 5th May) on their website here, they’re available on the door but the queue for on-the-door-ers was insane so I was thanking God for my pre-booked reference number as I approached the entrance.
